WHAT IS PADEL
Padel is a dynamic racket sport that combines elements of tennis and squash, played on an enclosed court smaller than a tennis court. It's typically played in doubles, with players using solid paddles and a low-compression ball. the game's unique feature is that the walls can be used to rebound the ball, adding a strategic twist.
Padel offers a full-body workout, improving cardiovascular health, endurance, and agility. the sport enhances reflexes hand-eye coordination, and balance while being low-impact, reducing the risk of injury. It's also a great social activity!
